I pre-made the 3-D butterflies from white card stock and decorated them with colored markers. As you can see, I only remembered to take one picture during the painting process. I sometimes get totally into the work and forget that part!

It is also known as medical adhesive but we buy it to apply glitter tattoos at fairs. It is safe for the skin and comes off with a little rubbing alcohol.

The babies like to get in on the action by moving around and the pictures are a great memento for the parents. If you would like to see more of my prenatal belly paints, check them out here.

I link up at these great parties!
